Orders

FARIA reserves the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.
  • Cancel orders if a product becomes unavailable.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by FARIA, the amount paid will be refunded using the applicable refund method.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may offer one of the following options:

  • Wait for restocking.
  • Select an alternative product.
  • Receive a refund (where applicable).

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across Pakistan.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 Working Days
  • Delivery Charges: Rs. 249
  • Free Delivery: Orders above Rs. 5,000

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Verification

To prevent fraudulent orders, FARIA may contact customers by phone or WhatsApp to verify order details before dispatch.

Orders may be cancelled if verification cannot be completed.

Payments

We currently offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Online Payments (where available)

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all online payment information is accurate and authorized.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our dedicated policy pages.

In summary:

  • Returns are accepted only for incorrect or damaged products.
  • Exchanges are available within 3 days, subject to eligibility.
  • Used, customized, or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Additional delivery charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The customer is unavailable.
  • The shipping address is incorrect.
